What We ProvideOur Virtual Meeting Support Technicians provide professional platform-only support for MS Teams, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, and Google Meet. Our technicians can serve as Hosts and Moderators or operate solely behind the scenes. The Bench team assures a secure meeting, monitoring, and assisting invited participants and panelists to connect. Technicians are fitted with multiple devices and connectivity back-up at their remote support location. Technicians are located in all US time zones, capable of supporting global meetings 24/7. |

Will your team spotlight the speakers throughout the meeting?

Yes, we will run the event like it were a live broadcast based on the context of discussion) (speech, fireside chat, etc.)

Who will be responsible for sharing media, such as videos, PowerPoint presentations, and polls?

Our team will take responsibility for the intake and deployment of all media assets unless when expressly noted otherwise.

Do we get a dry run with our speakers prior to the day of the event?

Our team will always provide time for a session to ensure the connection quality for all speakers in a given event.

Can you support hybrid events?

Yes, we can provide in person AV support who will link your in-person gathering to a virtual platform such as Zoom Webinar.

Can we offer a virtual green room for VIP guests?

Absolutely. Our team can create a virtual green room space for your VIP guests and panelists to connect prior to the event start. This is a great opportunity for them to meet each other as well as familiarize themselves with the setup and ask any questions to our technical team.

What hours do you operate? Do you support meetings that originate outside the US or meetings with global participants?

Our standard operating hours are 7am to 7pm EST. Night and weekend hours (including for internationally originating meetings) incur a premium charge to be quoted per scheduled meeting date/time. Cancellation Policy: Requests must be cancelled no fewer than 2 business days before the scheduled placement or the client will be charged 100% of the projected cost that falls within those 2 days.

Do you support Google Meet/Hangouts/, GoToMeetings, BlueJeans, Join.Me, Skype, etc.?

Yes, we support the above platforms.

Do you use your own platform licenses or the client’s licenses?

We can utilize our own license or a client license. If utilizing a client license, we will require admin access in some instances to ensure platform settings are set appropriately.
