To uphold our core values, we strive for transparency and partnership with our clients and ensure seamless communication and clarity into our operation. We are proud of the trust that our clients place in us and are committed to remaining compliant in all areas of the operation including workforce and legal compliance, safety, and business practices.   

Same as the work we produce, we have high standards for our code of conduct, not just for our headquarters staff, but for those working as TeamPeople around the world. In addition to our own standards, we incorporate and uphold any requirements outlined by the client for the teams working on-location.

TeamPeople is a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact and its belief that corporate sustainability starts with a company's value system and principles-based approach to doing business. As a member, we are committed to operating in ways that meet fundamental responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.

By incorporating the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into our strategies, policies, and procedures, we establish a culture of integrity by upholding basic responsibilities to our people and planet. 

Diversity, equity, & inclusion

At our core, we strive to be forever inclusive, welcoming, fair, and open, but we recognize that valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion isn't enough. We are taking action to further incorporate these values into our business practices and remain committed to driving our DEI work forward as the company continues to grow.

We launched our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee with the mission of promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion in the fields of video, film, marketing, engineering, and creative and technical arts. The Committee’s goal is to provide forums as well as programs or events to advance understanding and inclusion, cultural awareness, and community service.

philanthropy & Volunteerism

We believe not only in fostering great teams but the communities they support. With teams all over the country and abroad, we look for local opportunities to give back wherever possible.

The launch of our TeamPeople Gives initiative works to support local programs through volunteerism and charitable contributions. Many of the programs that are chosen are near and dear to the hearts of our employees.

GreenPeople & Sustainability

TeamPeople believes in maximizing the positive impact of our office decisions on the health of ecosystems and people. Each of our client sites has expansive programs and at HQ, we advocate for sustainable practices, in an initiative called GreenPeople, wherever possible.

  • Utilizing paperless systems for timekeeping, invoicing, and reporting
  • Printing on dual-sided, recycled paper when necessary with recycled ink and toner cartridges
  • Purchasing from green businesses when possible
  • Keeping lights and office equipment in “energy-efficient” modes or turned off when not in use
  • Recycling obsolete electronic equipment
  • Exploring telecommuting options and encouraging mass transit
