The Challenge.
The location, infrastructure, and design of space plays an important role in how gatherings are planned and content is distributed and absorbed by an audience. Our clients often have very capable facilities partners, and the uniqueness of audio and video production require niche engineering and service design. Before anyone can see or walk the space, it’s important to anticipate the needs and expectations of stakeholders and what kinds of messages they need to communicate.

What we did.
From day one, we are aligned and invested in our client’s vision. Listening, documenting, and determining the skill sets needed to bring service to life. Partnering with existing vendors and an expanding list of internal stakeholders requires awareness and careful relationship building toward the same goal. Sourcing talent through our certified recruiters becomes focused on finding people who lead with a service mindset, can understand the vision, and want to build and learn.
These same people, once in place, jump into action with stress testing, inaugural events, and development of service innovation and continuous improvement. Supporting their long term development through industry certifications and forward-facing technology training is essential for growth.
Outcomes.
Small and mighty
A core team of dedicated professionals who build from each other’s strengths is in place for space commissioning and hand-off. Ranging in background and expertise, each team member contributes feedback and experience to enhance a dynamic on-site event production experience.
Built to scale
Concurrent events and busy periods within the business cycle dictate support, and service needs scale throughout the year. Project-based talent and production resources are pre-vetted, trained according to documentation and real life scenarios, and introduced so that service is seamless.
