Letter from Leadership
In this season of renewal, we find ourselves and many of our teammates ready for change! Every one of our client sites are undergoing some form of transformation, ready for the next chapter.
We are posting for new roles never hired before. We’re designing technology solutions for our hybrid workplaces. It’s exciting to think about where we will all be a year from now, and what today’s changes mean for personal and professional growth.
If there is something we can do to help you on your path or if someone you know is searching for their next move, managers from our HQ team are available to talk. Colleagues from other contract sites can be matched for peer discussions. Inspiration is sprouting. Now..how can we clear the meeting schedule to get outside and enjoy it?

EMMY WINNING WORK
Created completely in-house, Going Viral: Beyond the Hot Zone, won an Emmy for Outstanding Science and Technology Documentary. The audio was mixed by Burleigh Seavers, the director of an 8-person audio team. Congratulations Burleigh!

Election Coverage
Our employees at Al Jazeera worked tirelessly leading up to and through 2020 Election coverage and into the New Year with coverage for the Inauguration and related news. We thank them for their strong work ethic and “let’s get the job done” mentality.

A RECORD YEAR
What happens when your team doubles in projects and size within a year? You work really hard and see the results pay off in the form of new partnerships, grateful clients, and challenges overcome with a collective effort. The Novartis One Health Studios team has experienced tremendous growth. This is due to a dedicated plan for assessing strengths, connecting with internal clients, and updating process and workflow. Head of Production Michele Monteleone leads the team and has been impressed with the dedication, knowledge, and skills of her staff, “I couldn’t have asked for a better team and I’m so proud of what they have done. Usually Q1 is slow, but not this year!” Kudos to the Novartis crew for impressive results and phenomenal teamwork.

In-House Success
Peter Rice, Chairman of General Entertainment Content at the Walt Disney Company asked TeamPeople's National Geographic Marketing team to produce and edit a 3-minute sizzle for an important meeting involving Bob Iger and Bob Chapek (Disney CEO). The sizzle was called the Black Consumer Experience Sizzle. In addition to the internal team, two of the top 3rd party vendors pitched sizzles. In the end, Disney chose TeamPeople's creative and sizzle. Congratulations to Brannon Shiflett, Clayton Childs, and Bruce Royster.

Many thanks for your support from the preparation to the D-day. I can tell from the compliments flowing in, everyone is having good times and fun. Thanks to you, we couldn’t do it without you.

Our colleagues were so happy for your help today that they didn’t want you to close the webinar. ITSKI really appreciates the training on the creation of polls and tips for safer sharing on the newly released Webex Meetings version.
Thank you for helping us grow. You are an invaluable team player!

A quick note to thank you for participating in the event today. We had 75 people connected on both Zoom and FB platforms and another 500 views of the recording on Pusula’s FB page (there are 3,000 views of the TV broadcast we did a few weeks ago). We already got contacted by a couple of local organizations to follow up. I feel this approach of socializing the platform and expand its reach and use is working well given the current context.

I want to thank Rocky and the ITS team for their flawless support. The event went very well! It was multi-streamed, without a hitch. - Carlos
Big thanks for supporting our event with IFC Interim MD/EVP Stephanie von Friedeburg. Your troubleshooting of AV difficulties during the dry-runs was the key to a smooth run of show. You were responsive and kept in constant communication before, during, and after the event. - Greg Felder

HAVE YOU MET JESSICA?
She's our digital marketing coordinator & talent evangelist
Hello! If we haven’t had the pleasure of being introduced yet, I’m Jessica. Most of my close friends and family call me Jess. I’m a 24-year-old with purple hair and two adorable cats.I graduated from The University of Georgia in 2018 with my Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. I moved to the DC area that fall and have been working various social media jobs ever since. This included agency work at Social Driver and Non-profit work at BBYO.
I was excited to join TeamPeople’s marketing team this November because I knew the role would entail managing the social media accounts as well as other writing, editing, and creative opportunities. Fun fact: I’m one of those people who cannot handle grammar mistakes!
It’s definitely been weird starting a new job in a fully remote Covid world, but everyone has made me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to keep elevating our marketing strategy as I learn and grow here! If you ever have questions for me or even advice, please feel free to reach out any time. I’m always on my phone – it’s my job!
