Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and highly focused individual to provide administrative support to a large team and C-level executives. The successful candidate requires in-depth knowledge of business operations, policies, and procedures and must be capable of handling details in an extremely fast paced environment. Individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, have the ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail is a must with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar ownership, managing logistics for meetings, conference room assignments and room maintenance
  • Develop and manage complex itineraries, secure and change international travel
  • Relay communications with senior level executives both internal and external
  • Work closely with other Executive Administrators to help facilitate timely and accurate communications
  • Prepare presentation and pitch materials
  • Attend meetings, write official minutes and remind of task assignments
  • Offer solutions for efficiencies on process and procedure
  • Manage special projects
  • Greet visitors and new hires; learn the org, the campus and all team members for proper introductions and onboarding
  • Preform other duties as assigned

 Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • Experience in a creative or agency environment preferred, but not required
