I'm a freelancer. How does that work with TeamPeople?
We welcome freelancers and Independent Contractors & Companies to submit resumes on an ongoing basis. To those we represent, the agreement is non-exclusive so you are always free to work for other clients while also working for TeamPeople's clients. There are no guarantees of work, but we are always seeking new talent who could be a great match for our clients.

Each position listing will indicate the level of experience needed to be considered.

What if I want to apply for more than one position?
You may apply as many times or for as many positions as you like, however, we also need to understand what your area of concentration may be and would encourage you to select the openings or positions that are best suited to your skill set. We also keep resumes on file for longer than 1 year, so we do reference the full database when reviewing for a new position.
How will I know you received my resume?
When you complete the application form and upload your resume, you will see a confirmation message, letting you know that you have successfully applied.
What happens after I submit my resume?
We review applicants in our database on a daily basis. Our managers that are hiring will decide which applicants they'd like to interview. We will contact you if we'd like to arrange an interview either in-person or by phone. We encourage you to submit your resume as we keep resumes of all qualified candidates file for placement consideration for new and ongoing staffing opportunities.
Can I submit my reel?
Reels that can be viewed online are great! Be sure the URL is noted on your application form or in your resume.
You guys are located in the DC metro area, but I live somewhere else. Can I still work for you?

If you are interested or available to relocate to any cities where we have openings, please indicate on your application form.
