TeamPeople

In 1997 TeamPeople began providing all of the technical services for the Cable News Network in Washington, DC, including 86 employees and 9 managers staffing all field and studio positions from photojournalists to technical directors. TeamPeople staff was responsible for full production and transmission of all content that originated from Washington, DC and aired on CNN.

In 2001 we were invited to provide similar services for CNN's growing New York operations which include the Time & Life Studios on Sixth Avenue. Our staff in two locations there included 18 managers and more than 150 creative and technical people.

Both of these CNN units operated under collective bargaining agreements, and TeamPeople excelled at negotiating mutually beneficial contracts and maintaining cooperative relations between labor and management.
