Ron Bricker, President
Ron brings more than 38 years of experience in the production and management of television programming to his position as President of TeamPeople. In this role, he guides the development of the customized staffing solutions for clients and insures our focus remains on delivering the best customer service in the business.
Ron and the groups he has led have produced an impressive list of awards and recognition by broadcasters, corporate communicators, clients and peers.
Andrea Keating, Owner/Founder
Andrea Keating has more than two decades of production management experience and is considered to be the founder of the crewing agency industry. Today she guides the screening, management, scheduling and payment of more than 2,000 creative specialists worldwide.
For TeamPeople, Andrea relies on her solid background of managing freelance production personnel and in-depth knowledge of staffing challenges for corporate production to create cost effective people management solutions for major corporations, associations and broadcasters.
Brian Frydenlund, Chairman, Board of Directors
Brian enjoys combining his financial and operational management talents with the creative environment of television. Brian was one of the four founders of Asgard Entertainment Group who was committed to building companies that would provide clients with the highest quality service. He has negotiated staffing contracts that were mutually beneficial with CNN, BMW, Middle East Television Networks, Inc. and Discovery Communications Inc. He enjoys spending time mentoring new leaders from the ranks of the staff and managing a diversified group of companies. Brian is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Board of Directors Junior Achievement of the National Capital Area.
Rachel Kennedy, General Manager
Rachel brings an efficient, friendly and organized approach to project and people management. She oversees all service areas of the company, including on-site management and day hire productions & placements and contracts and talent database management. Rachel has previously worked in both network and noncommercial cable television. Her hands-on production and programming experience helps connect her with talent and respond to TeamPeople's diverse client needs.
Erin Ramos, Production Manager
Erin comes to our team from Los Angeles, where she was involved with series production and feature films. Prior to joining TeamPeople, Erin was Asst. Production Coordinator for the CBS hit series "NUMB3RS". Her organizational abilities and knowledge of production office procedures are an asset to TeamPeople's Day Hire and On-Site Managed Divisions. Erin thrives in a fast-paced production atmosphere and is a positive, upbeat person that will not stop until the job is done.
Mandy Sprinkel, Production Manager
Mandy supports TeamPeople's daily operations by connecting with clients and crew and assisting with contracts and production office operations. She was formerly a Casting Director, having been involved with many projects, including feature films, television, commercials, industrial videos and print. Her experience with Talent & Client relations and payroll broadens the industry knowledge available through TeamPeople.
Jennifer Stagg, Operations Coordinator
Jennifer is newly transported to DC by way of Colorado and Tennessee. As Operations Coordinator, she interacts with our clients, talent and ensures that our production office is running smoothly. Jennifer has previous hands-on experience in television production, marketing & office administration and she holds a B.A. in Journalism and Technical Communication from Colorado State University.
Megan Lewis, Director of Human Resources
Megan has over 10 years HR Generalist experience, with a focus on Employee Relations. Megan provides daily HR support to over 200 employees and is also an integral member of the Senior Management Team, providing strategic guidance and direction in the various areas of Human Resources. Prior to joining TeamPeople, Megan was a Sr. Human Resource Generalist for BearingPoint Inc. Megan graduated with a B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Gettysburg College.
Larry Tyler, VP of Engineering
Larry has been involved in all aspects of the Broadcast Engineering field since he first joined CBS in 1975. Larry's superior design and installation expertise is an invaluable resource for media managers planning workflow solutions and technological and equipment upgrades. Larry and his associates have provided broadcast engineering services for technical facilities including Professional Video Services, BBC, NHK, Australian Broadcasting, ORF (Danish Broadcasting), the European Broadcast Union, Diversified Communications Inc., Reuters Television, MCI, Bloomberg Financial News, The World Bank, Channel One and other corporate clients.
Lori Carmack, Staff Accountant
Lori is responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and maintaining a well-structured and effective chart of accounts to suit both reporting and business needs. Lori obtained her initial accounting, financial and managerial experience as an Accounting Supervisor for Mindshare, a global media network in New York. She graduated with a B.S in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech.
